NORTH AND ACROSS THE STREET FROM SUNSHINE AND
ON THE CORNER. ALL 10 HOMES WOULD FACE A CENTRAL NEIGHBORHOOD COURTYARD. THE BACK OF HOMES, (MAINLY THE GARAGE) WOULD FACE THE STREET. THREE HOMES WOULD BE BUILDT FIRST AND ALL 10 COMPLETED IN 3 YEARS. THERE ARE FOUR
HOME DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM, ALL NARROW HOMES. THE COUNTY WILL SELL THE LAND AT A LOW PRICE TO THE DEVELOPERS AND THE CITY WILL PUT IN FUNDS FOR STREETS AND UTILITIES. THE PAYBACK WILL BE NEW TAX REVENUE FROM THE "POCKET" NEIGHBORHOOD.
