THIS WAS THE 1991 SAMPLE FOR THE ROTARY TO APPROVE. MANY LATER
WERE SOLD, BUT ALL THE OTHERS WERE OF A DIFFERENT COLOR.
THIS THE ONLY RED-PRINT PLATE. IT SOLD THEN FOR $10. PROBABLY
WORTH $50 OR MORE AS IT IS THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND.

AT KALMES RESTAURANT IN ST. DONATUS. SEN. TOD BOWMAN OF MAQUOKETA PRESENTED HIM WITH THE PLAQUE.
ROTARY PROGRAM: OCTOBER 2ND
CAROLYN AND GREG MARTIN GAVE THE PROGRAM AT ROTARY WEDNESDAY.
THEY PURCHASED "GILMORE DRY CLEANERS" ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO
AND ARE DOING WELL WITH THEIR NEW ENDEAVOR. THEY HAVE
DROP-OFFS AT DEWITT, CLINTON, AND PRESTON. AT THEIR STORE (ON SOUTH JONES AVENUE) ABOUT 75% IS DRY CLEANING AND 25% WATER CLEANING. IT WAS AN INTERESTING PROGRAM!
